68% of the total  condo sales in the Aventura area are below $300,000. The $300,000 and below price range accounts for 39% of the condos currently on the market in Aventura.

We also have seen a decrease in the number of listings on the market . This is an indicator that the market may be changing for the better.  18 months ago we had  a 33 month supply of condos in Aventura to sell . Today we have an 18  month supply which is much  healthier number.
