Social Media Works in Real Estate

In our office meeting yesterday we were talking about Facebook, Twitter and the like. The agents asked have you gotten anything from Facebook . My answer was not yet but one needs to be there! 

 After posting videos from EWM realtors , talking about real estate in South Florida and just being there participating  in some way, shape, or form, the public gets to know who you are and what you do! NO hard sell ! It is so simple!

So, I went home and checked my Facebook as I do most evenings and low and behold RESULTS! I had an email from a friend from South America that I haven’t seen in 25 years that said:

Hi Randi,

I see you are really involved in the realtor world! My husband and a group of investors are always looking for properties and interesting businesses. I told him you were involved in Real Estate please contact him here is his email address. We will be in Miami in May.

This will hopefully turn into a referral for one of my agents!

You see it works just keep on doing it . Let the world know who you are and what you do!
