Epoweredagents.com is focused on bringing real estate agents together through cutting edge internet technologies. We are geared towards utilizing social media and internet marketing to promote real estate and other real estate related businesses in the South Florida area.

Our goal is to create a hyper-local web presence that will start here in South Florida with the hope that like minded real estate professionals from across the nation will join us & become “Epowered Agents.”     

Randi Rapp, Founder:

Randi Rapp, has an extensive background in real estate and sales.    A South Florida resident for almost 40 years, Randi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University, and a master’s degree in social work from Barry University. Before venturing into real estate, she worked for the University of Miami as a social worker, and also, for Miami Dade Public Schools as a project manager.  In 2001, Randi earned her broker’s license, and went on to open her own real estate company.  Randi has been a managing broker for many years assisting associates in her office in finding their areas of strength and their passion. She then helped them develop a business that coincides with their desired niche.   Her motto is “if you love what you do you never work a day in your life!” .  Randi is a designated CRB, GRI, ABR, E-PRO.
